Anthropology strategy post #2

General strategy for both papers.

1. First prepare the fundamental topics mentioned in the syllabus. You should have crystal clear conceptual clarity.

2. Now analyze the previous year questions and patterns. Identify repeated themes. Make notes on repeated themes.

3. Start answer writing. Daily write few answers. Have an intro body and conclusion format. You should give headings, subheadings, flowcharts, scholars, case studies , examples etc whenever possible. This gives credibility to answers. Do answer writing consistently for 4-5 months to cover the full syllabus.

4. You should develop the ability to interconnect various syllabus topics in your answers. You can use GS topics as well in your answers.This is a skill and will need time to develop. This will help in answering unconventional questions like in paper 2 this year. Have patience.

5. Revision. Highly important. I revised atleast 10 times.

6. Toppers copies. Refer it. Review it extensively.

7. Good luck. Luck has a role to play in this exam. So pray.
