With only 10 days left for the Prelims 2025

It's a MINDGAME:

With only 10 days left for the Prelims 2025 and the release of Admit Cards, the anxiety among aspirants is normal and understandable.

So at this point, I wouldn't recommend a strategy or a bundle of books, but rather elaborate shortly on the importance of your mindset.

Prelims, apart from knowledge, is a game of your mindset. Those are the 4 hours when you need to be calm, composed, and self-aware. Aware about your strengths and weaknesses and about the overall knowledge you have gained from multiple sources apart from books.

Certain do's that may help:

1) Attempt one question at a time and do not carry its burden or excitement to the next one.

2) Maintain the strategy that you have practiced during mocks, do not make extreme changes to your style of attempting the paper.

3) Do not talk to other aspirants unnecessarily that may create pressure.

4) Do not revise new notes or bulky content just to feed your FOMO.

5) Revise your previously given tests to avoid repeating the same mistakes.

6) Avoid giving too many mocks till the end moment and rather focus on revising your notes as well as tests.

7) Do not take CSAT lightly. Memorize at least the basic formulas to reduce the solution time.

8) Do not be pressured by your number of attempts or any external noise that disturbs you from within.

Lastly, remember Chak de India and those 70 mins! Similarly, wo 4 ghante tumse koi nahi chheen sakta! So make the most of it and be grateful that you get to even attempt one of the most prestigious examinations of the nation.
