Hello everyone!
Amidst the anxiety and anticipation of Prelims result, I understand the jittery feelings and butterflies that you might be having. It is normal to feel less motivated and experience a lack of concentration.
What you can do in these few days is:
1) Break your optional into subtopics and I would recommend that you start by reading Paper-2.
(Reason: Most people begin their revision with Paper-1 and so Paper-2 is generally weak, at least mine was!)
2) Begin with subjects specific to Mains like Optional and Ethics.
3) Utilise this time to make some notes of ethical keywords, ethical dilemmas, good examples, diagrams, maps, flowcharts, data, facts, etc.
4) Develop a habit for physical exercise like a 30 minute walk or 10 minute meditation to feel that sense of accomplishment on the days you study less.
5) Find a peer/friend/mentor who you can send your study updates to, at the end of the day.
These are just some real time solutions that you can try to maximize your productivity and ensure that you utilise this precious time.
Remember this!
It's very painful when you have the thought 'Prelims ho gaya, ab kya karun!?' So every time you feel like giving up, remember, you don't want to regret missing out on these precious days!
All the best💫
