Half day to go before you sleep for the night and wake up to a new day of exam.
Anxiety must be at peak right now. I can understand as i too was part of this for many years.
So what can you do right now?
- Drop all the new things if you are reading them now.
2. Revise the high yielding topics - Imp. articles of Constitution, River and tributaries, World Mapping, National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries, etc.
3. Have a healthy lunch and dinner.
4. Talk to your parents, friends.
5. Do not use social media. Be away from electronic devices.
6. Before you sleep - Keep all the important things in the bag (checklist in next message).
7. Sleep by 10 pm.
The exam demands application of brain. The things you have studied till now will be used accumulatively. So try to be calm.
If you feel too nervous - try sitting in a quiet place on the floor leaving everything to a side for 15-20 minutes. Medidate/ Om Mantra Jaap if you can.
