Prelims 2025
Dear aspirants,
Those who are appearing for prelims I am sharing my last phase strategy for the same.
1) it's the time to shift your focus completely to PYQs to get an understanding of the language used by UPSC examiners. I would not suggest going with any test series at this point of time.
2) Revise the static portion as many times as possible based on your own micro target of the syllabus.
3) Use short videos for mapping. For example I used Onlyias videos for national parks, mountains etc
3) don't neglect the maps, diagrams and tables in NCERTs at any cost. We are very ignorant about them but it shouldn't be that way.
4) simulation of the examination is important like practice 100 PYQs of GS from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and CSAT from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm
5) revise key concepts of CSAT like basics of number system, percentage etc and practice questions based on PYQ themes.
6) revise the one current affairs compilation that you chose in the beginning and that too selectively not cover to cover.
At last, don't live in fear of missing out by collecting n number of materials and then getting overwhelmed by them.
Confidence is the key in the last few days. Trust your hardwork and move forward with it.
Keep your head high and sail through.
All the best 👍
