In the last few months,I have had days where I felt that I did not do enough or studied only for a few hours and then when you stress about it more, it probably spoils your entire day.
There are a few things that I did on such days when I felt like doing nothing-
- Read something that feels quite interesting. IR or mapping. Solve CSAT. Give a test. Usually on such days, do something that requires you to actively do something than just passively reading.
2. Take a walk with some good music, set your perspective wider, you still got at-least a few more hours of that day.
3. There is this video of Gaurav sir, Junaid sir and Roman sir on youtube which had just come out and that video was quite the one that used to keep me going. Anything that gives you some amount of feel good. Could be anything.
Its essential to know that everyday you might not give your 100% but then on some its a little less and on some days a little more. So keep going.
