How to better follow schedule:
- Make a realistic plan: If you do not give enough time for rest or breaks it hampers the next day. 8-10 extremely productive hours everyday was my goal.
2. Do not waste time after getting up, try to keep the gap between getting up and sitting to study minimum. I used to sit within 30 mins. Well begun is half done.
3. Small wins will push you more to follow the schedule. It’s a positive feedback cycle. So initial push is essential.
4. Before you go to bed, plan your next day. This sets your mind of what exactly to do as soon as you get up.
5. Time your breaks as well. If you are supposed to take a break of half an hour try not to extend it. You will not realise and 10 more mins becomes 1 hour.
