Practice of PYQs

So regarding the practice of PYQs for anyone who is preparing for 2025, I would like to share how my practice progressed. I want to put it out that no one starts out perfectly and I was also as much scared as others regarding the answer writing especially cause I had not done any before pre, but you can conquer fear only by logic of how anything works, your efforts will be fruitful only if in the right direction.

Do try to self evaluate your own answer one day after

you have written them, be absolutely critical of your answer.

❗️Remember : Everything before your final paper is an opportunity to learn. If you are scoring less, don’t be dejected; be happy that now you have something to work upon. Keep an open mind for feedbacks, take in only the ones you feel are logical. Keep learning everyday❗️

Mains-

1. Initially, I took almost 12-13 mins to write an answer that also after having read on the particular topic.

2. Then after a few sessions, I started to put a timer of 7 mins, 1/2 min to understand the question,1/2 to frame the structure and then 6 mins to write.

3. After having written PYQs this way for 15-20 days, I had a bit of confidence that I can write an answer, with the limited things that I have read, I started attempting test series, mains is a lot about the art of writing the best with the limited things that you can remember!
