My process of studying and note making

I want to make a post specific on how do I enjoy studying - And that is by making it as colorful as my material can get

1. I loved marking in my round of reading

2. Second round is making crisp notes on post its

3. Third round is side post its for every book with exactly one word or so from that page I did not remember

4. All color coded -

Yellow is data points

Pink is specific key word ( example: Sanskritisation)

Orange is normally about a committee name or a report

Green was Case Laws

For a major part of 2020- I bought so much material and hardly studied anything in this

MORAL- do not buy anything and everything. It is a huge mistake. Stick to basic books.

If you have Lakshmikanth, do not need DD Basu!

Also, no point making notes out of text books or current affairs. Two mistakes that I corrected at a later stage.

Again color pens for marking different things in all material. In some way, as systematic as they get, the better your memory arranges them
