Whether you clear the cut-off or not, take a well-deserved break. Go home and spend some time away from UPSC.

But make sure to return to the study table by the weekend, given the short gap between Prelims and Mains.

However, don’t be that over-enthusiastic aspirant who starts Mains preparation tomorrow itself. You’ll risk burning out by July or August.

Once you begin your Mains preparation, give it your full focus.
