2. Yoga Nidra - usually a 30 min long session (you can find longer ones). Helps you sleep better. Or if you've had a bad night where you couldn't sleep much, you could wake up and do it first thing in the morning to get a boost. And if you're generally feeling a bit fatigued, a session of this would certainly pick you up a bit.
