b. Dipin sir Handouts - diverse themes covered based on current affairs

Prelims strategy

a. Mostly current oriented - global elections, conflict zones, new resource discovery, important meetings and their organizer, theme for that year, major outcomes etc.

b. Tried to identify probable questions to be prepared for IR current issues from PYQs

c. Prelims specific handouts of Dipin sir covering major regions of the world were helpful

Mains strategy

a. Views of diplomats and IR theorists MUST be used.

b. Use maps wherever applicable, but map should express something too, like Map of Quad countries with labelling 'Indo-Pacific' in centre highlights convergence

c. Tried to divide cooperation dimensions under following headers - geopolitical, economic, S&T, P2P contacts, Energy etc.

d. Highlight GoI view wherever applicable - quote Foreign Minister or Spokespersons

e. Express optimism in favor of India if possible for that specific question.
