Mathematics Optional:

Significance of maintaining a notebook of important questions and mistakes:

1. As the notes are very bulky, it's not possible to revise them before any test.

2. The notebook will help in the revision of important questions along with short notes for each topic.

3. It helps in frequent revision of chapters in a short time.

4. I use this notebook to practice questions from before any important mock test and simulator test.

5. It's very helpful in covering the syllabus during the 5-day gap between GS and Optional papers.

What to include in this:

1. Include any good questions that are required for concept practice but not mentioned in the short notes.

2. Add important questions from previous years' question papers (PYQ).

3. Note repeated mistakes made in a particular type of question.

4. Record important questions or mistakes made in test series.
