I wanted to share one tip to beat distraction using a "Distraction Pad" (image shared for reference)
While studying, humko duniya bhar ke so called 'important' kaam yaad aate hain jo humko distract krte hain.. often hum in kaamo ko directly krne ke liye jump krte hain for eg: ordering pens via amazon or message someone sth important. In this way, we end up wasting more time than required
But a better way is to keep one pad near you to write all the things that are distracting you while studying it can be anything to everything (your daily needs, food cravings, kuch imp kaam, etc). Once you write them down your mind will come back to centre ie to your work/study.
At the end of day or whenever you take a break, use this pad to go back to the imp stuff on a priority basis (high to low priority)
