This was my revision plan for the last 6 days. You can see that subjects have been divided into days and for each subject even the time in hours is allocated (which is subjective and applicable to my level of prep)

So on Monday I did 3.5 hr S&T, 5.5 hr Geog/maps, 2 hrs of IR/Schemes/others

11 hrs work time in last week (not streching it like 14 hours as you need to calm down your mind as well)

You can take a clue from this and revise based on "Priority" not everything 😄

One more suggestion is to keep a pen paper on side and scribble anything to everything you feel you are forgetting, read these sheets on Saturday (in this way you can reduce your anxiety of forgetting)
