#prelims Modern Indian History - Peasant & Tribal Movts.
#studytips Most of us face trouble in reading and memorising this content. One way to memorise these are using maps. It adds a visual element to the prepation. You can also use table format to make it easy to revise (as used for tribal elements). This is called consolidation of your notes.
Once you consolidate you develop patterns within it and these patterns help you remember information
For eg: You will notice that most early peasant movts happened in either Bengal or MH around 1860s/1870s, rest movts happened in 1920s onwards
So now is a question comes in exam say Pabna uprising happened in 1750s or Pabna uprising happened in Andhra Pradesh (both these statements can be marked incorrect merely by remembering that Pabna uprising was an early movt). Hope you understood. 💭
You can use these technique for other areas/subjects as well 💪
