Last 3 weeks to mains :

1. Any pending topics to be finished in next 4 to 5 days. Things that you consider fringe and you think can be covered later, will never be covered.

2. Major answer writing to be done this week. Incorporate all your feedbacks, tweak your style, points vs paragraphs, Pens etc etc. Please avoid attempting tests in the last week, however, daily answer writing practice should be continued till the last day.

3. Optional can be safely done till 7 to 10 days before mains. Post which only GS. We get 5 dedicated days for optional. Go full force for optional now and gradually pace it down until a week before mains. We completely switch to GS a week before at the minimum.

4. Hours do not count now. Except for sleeping /eating and bare minimum activities, it should only be study. Push for 14 to 15 hours in this last lap.

5. Revise your own notes till you hate them. Revise, revise until you puke.

6. Time management issues in full length tests are crucial. Write at your maximum speed since the clock starts. Practice some answer writing on the morning before the exam. Maintain the momentum. Keep your hands moving throughout.
