• Arrival of china ( Revisionist power ) focus is on expansionsim by Grace on warfare , salami slicing, Chinese marshall plan eg BRI

• The issues of " Freezing the moment" i.e., maintaining the status quo which is the current startegy of great powers

• World is moving towards - regionalism and rise of minilaterialism eg- AUKUS , QUAD , I2U2, etc
